TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the Vitalite website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or participating in a Vitalite therapy session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
Vitalite provides wellness services including Red Light Therapy and Vibration Plate Therapy using MedWave equipment.
Our services are intended to support general wellness and wellbeing. Individual results may vary, and Vitalite does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight-loss, recovery, or body-contouring results.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Vitalite's services are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, taking medication, recovering from surgery or injury, or have any concerns about participating in our services, please consult your healthcare professional before treatment.
3. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about any medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, or recent surgery that may affect their participation.
Clients must follow all instructions provided by Vita lite and use the equipment only as directed.
If you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms during a session, you must stop the session and inform a Vita lite staff member immediately.
Vita lite reserves the right to refuse or postpone a session if we believe participation may be unsafe or unsuitable.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Arriving late may result in a shortened session without an extension or refund.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment must be made using the payment methods accepted by Vita lite.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws and Vita lite's applicable refund policy.
No refund will be provided solely because an individual does not achieve their desired personal or wellness outcome.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
6. Packages & Promotions
Packages, memberships, vouchers, discounts, and promotional offers may have additional terms, expiry dates, or conditions.
Vita lite reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions where permitted by law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vita lite is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information, failure to follow instructions, or improper use of equipment.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
8. Privacy
Vita lite will handle personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
9. Changes to These Terms
Vita lite may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
